I Met with administrator of facility and toured facility. During the interview I Answered questions regarding my previous experience and what my interest was in having this job title. They also went over job desperation
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Plantation Management (Baton Rouge, LA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I went in to see if they needed nurses at the facility. As it turned out, they did and they were very desperate due to high turnover rate. Spoke to ADON the same day. DON called me back the next day to interview with her. She hired me that day, but didn't tell me until the weekend. The whole situation was just very odd.
