The process starts with on-campus first round interviews. Mine was purely behavioral based and was with a Relationship Manager. They're trying to learn more about your experiences you've had up to that point including previous jobs, extracurriculars, and classroom experience. Provided that goes well, they invite you on a Site Visit to whatever office you're interviewing for. This consists of 2 interviews with higher-up people at the firm and again is mostly behavioral based.
