It started off typical - a phone screen by HR. This was then followed by an SAT like test that consisted of 5 parts and lasted a total of 2+ hours. Then there was a writing assignment that took 4 pages to complete. Once you got thru this challenge you were invited in. The in-person interview consisted of 2 hours with a psychologist to make sure you were a "fit". And then finally the hiring manager who told you that there would be another exam to text your Microsoft Office skills.
