I interviewed at Platinum Health Care (Trenton, NJ)
Interview
The COO was on his phone a lot. He did not seem that interested and I was wondering why he wanted to meet . He did not not review my resume prior to the meeting and he was not prepared.

Question 1
Are you interested in taking the health benefits as a single or family? Very inappropriate questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Platinum Health Care (Torrance, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was mostly on clinical experience and how well you get along with all medical interdisciplinarians. There were also quite a few behavioral interview questions, with emphasis and more questions on being a "Team Player". The questions on Team Playing involved my role as a Team Player and if I preferred to Lead or what role I preferred.

Question 1
Have you ever had a problem with a coworker? And how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Platinum Health Care (Skokie, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
Submitted resume for job via CareerBuilder web form and received a call back for initial phone interview the next morning.
Telephone interview questions were very straight forward and informational, no real in-depth questions regarding my work experience. Was called back by the same gentleman the next day to set up an appointment to meet in person with the CFO and was told I would be sent an e-mail with address information. Did not receive the e-mail after several hours, so I had to e-mail back to obtain the address.
Meeting with the CFO was one of the shortest and least comfortable interviews I've had. I explained the last position I held was with a start-up company my friend founded and he barely bothered to ask anything regarding the work I performed. The position I held prior to that, I was wrongfully terminated (for refusal to accept a promotion to Accounting Manager due to the owner illegally fining employees, as a management position would open myself up for liability) -- the CFO blew off this position, as well, even though I had stated there were several reviews on Glassdoor regarding the owner's treatment of employees and would be willing to allow her to speak to anyone else in the accounting department to confirm this and provide a reference. He followed through the rest of the resume basically just skimming it and requesting names and phone numbers of my supervisors of a few more of the positions on my resume, not really asking any in-depth questions regarding my accounting experience.
After he went through the rest of my job history, I was a bit surprised he wouldn't even be willing to speak to my coworkers currently still working for the company I was offered an Accounting Manager position for, as I held this position less than a year ago and at least my previous coworkers could provide an honest assessment of my abilities. So, I asked if he would like the contact information for those people, as well. The CFO scoffed and then began asking me a list of questions that a career counselor would ask, like, "where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
The rest of the interview, the CFO just seemed disinterested and disconnected, didn't even bother to get up at the end of the interview or show me the way out. Never received any courtesy e-mail or call back to let me know further about the position, but also didn't bother to call, based on the interview experience I just had.
