Telephone interview first. Assessing skills and background. Kristyn, my interviewer, was very pleasant and easy to talk to. In-person interview was panel-style with 3 people present. The staff was welcoming, easy-going. It was easy to feel comfortable there. The questions were relevant and the atmosphere allowed me to be myself, allowing them to determine if I would be a good fit. It's really a great company. It was a wonderful interview and it would have been an honor to work there. However, I received an offer in a different field that I accepted before they made an offer for this position. If I were to work in IT, Platte River would be my first choice!

After submitting my application I was contacted by the companies HR staff via email to set up a time for a phone screen. The phone screen lasted about 45 minutes. I was then contacted to setup a time for a video conference interview. This interview had three interviewers via MS Teams and lasted about one hour. I was then told the next steps in the hiring process.
