Met with the owner. He allowed me to start by tell me about myself before even asking any questions. After finding out about me, he told me about the company and then asked questions that were specific to my experience working with children.

Interview was fine except they asked right there in the interview when I could start. Advice to parents sending kids there, they obviously didn't do the background check as I handed it to them in the interview, then was hired on the spot to start work the next day.
