The CEO interview I attended was unlike any other. His behavior was rude and dismissive, and it seemed like he didn’t even know what they ask in the case study. He asked if I was familiar with the tools they use, which was almost comical, given that their case study tests knowledge of these tools—without which you can’t even pass the case stage. To make matters worse, he belittled my university degree (I went to one of Turkey’s top-ranked universities), despite having attended a university with much lower rankings. I really couldn't understand the purpose of his attitude there. You might think I'm writing this out of bitterness for not receiving an offer, but this is my hundredth interview, and I’ve never written a review like this before. It’s clear he has a huge ego, and I’m still trying to understand why. I think it can be challenging to grow under such a mindset, so consider this before you apply. My thoughts go out to anyone working under this leadership. I truly wish them all the best.
