The interviews themselves were okay, if not long. The process took almost three months. At the final stage, I was rejected without so much as a thankyou or any communication outside of the external recruiter. No feedback was ever given, which is surprising as every interviewer was positive and mentioned it would be nice to work together (foretelling a "yes" from them).

What is a time you had a conflict with your manager and how did you handle or resolve it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Playco in Apr 2023
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on linkedin who then set up a total of 3 additional interviews over the course of 6 weeks. The first 2 interviews went great and the third was with the hiring manager. The third interview seemed to go well too. I didn't hear back for a week or so after the 3rd interview then eventually received an email from the recruiter saying they will let me know as soon as they hear back from the hiring manager. It's been a few months since then so I doubt I'll be hearing back.
Had a pleasant interview with the talent manager and Playco and discussed high level initiatives and projects as well as the People team. The position was then put on hold, and I appreciated the timely and professional communication. Would definitely be open to opportunities with them in the future.
