Playtech Graduate/Junior Developer interview questions

Applied online, basically offered a face-to-face straight away, though I had a chat with the internal recruiter in the meantime. Two sets of interviews, first one with just general devs discussing work experience, an exercise on general troubleshooting/command line, another exercise on finding bugs in a couple basic lines of code. Second interview with the more senior developers, much more difficult - being asked about more high level stuff with regards to web development, databases, algorithms. The process itself was pleasant enough, but I have been ghosted since, with zero feedback provided.
