I applied online. I interviewed at Plus Dane (Liverpool, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
I attended the Liverpool location for a group assessment day. All in all, took about 2 and a half hours. They talked a bit about Plus Dane and what they're all about but if you've done your research this will be information you already know.
Then we had to do two tasks; one written and one listening; each with different scenarios.
After a short break, we then did a more ice breaker type task that brought up lots of discussion and the Plus Dane staff running the assessment day came and observed and got involved with the discussions on each table.
I ended up with an offer for the final interview stage.
