The entire process was smooth, with both interviews being very relaxed and focused on discussing the role and my fit for the position. After that, I was asked to complete a case study that involved analyzing a significant amount of data and answering several related questions. My only disappointment was reaching the stage just before the final round, investing considerable time in preparing and presenting the case study, and then receiving no feedback at all. Even after following up via email to request feedback, I did not receive a response.

I had the first round with the talent Acquisition, just took basic details salary expectation, alignment to the role etc. Everything was good, he said the process is super transparent and I followed up twice and no response. Companies should really respond back even if it's a negative response.
