Applied through their website. Maybe three weeks later I received a phone screen. Then I had an in person interview two weeks later. I received an offer about a week after that.

Group interview by the committee. They have prescribed questions. Then a teaching demo. Interview with the director of the faculty, followed by a member of academic affairs. You also have a faculty meet and greet, campus tour, lunch in the cafeteria, and an option to go out to dinner. They are keen on assessing fit.
