I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to learn something new and grow within such an inspiring environment. Overall, it’s a respectful but time-consuming process. My advice for future candidates: be ready to invest some time and patience, and don’t take the lack of feedback personally — it seems to be part of how their process works.
