Pod Point Manager interview questions

Applied online, heard back fairly quickly and was invited to an initial interview with inhouse rectruiter. Overall a negative experience. Recruiter sounded extremely young and demonstrateda lack of experience and professionalism. Asked really weird questions, especially in regards to the role, so much so that I asked him just to double check that we were talking about the same job - which we apparently were. Kept asking more unrelated questions or about experience that I would not have gatehred in previous jobs or that are completely irrelevant to the job spec. Heard back shortly afterwards that I was unsuccessful. Happy for those that had a positive experience, cannot say I had the same.
