Vented specific questions regarding the position. I was contacted and interviewed through zoom. The manager talked to me one on one and had several questions for me regarding my technical experience and group work.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pohlman USA Court Reporting (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was streamlined and uncomplicated. First, I did a phone interview— only about 30 minutes long— and then I did an on-site interview. I met with two members of HR first and then the department supervisor of the position I applied for. I also had to take an aptitude test while I was there. The on-site interviews took about an hour and a half to compete.

Interview
My hiring and interview process was extremely positive. The first interview consisted of a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked about my work experiences, educational background, strengths, weaknesses & future career goals. My onsite interview consisted of 2 interviews - a one-on-one and a panel interview. During the interviews I was asked more technical types of questions that pertained to my role. My interview process was an extremely thorough and positive experience. Even though it consisted of multiple steps, it was a much more streamlined experience than I have experienced at other organizations. I appreciated that the organization was very thorough and ensured that I was a good fit for the role and the culture.
