My overall interview process was awesome! There were multiple interviews consisting of meeting with the recruiter, Sales Director, other Sales Managers, and Chief Growth Officer. In addition to the interviews I needed to take a leadership assessment to test critical thinking and communication skills. Janelle, my recruiter, kept me informed every step of the way and provided information and help when needed. Everyone I met with throughout the process was respectful and great to work with.
