Interview
I had a very pleasant experience interacting with the recruiter and the company's management. The whole interview process for the position took no more than a week, and I must admit that I was surprised by the speed at which they organized calls and made decisions. The interview with the company's management was also quite intriguing. They provided comprehensive answers to all my questions (including some of the more unusual ones) - I believe this reflects their high level of professionalism. A few days later, I received an offer. However, due to certain circumstances, I was forced to decline it. Nevertheless, my overall impression from interacting with Point2Web remains very positive.
We had a short introduction with a recruiter by call and after that, we planned the next step.
The next step was the Interview with HRD and CEO.
HRD was pleasant.
The CEO was almost a half hour late.
I guess that company pretending that is an international company with profit but it seems it is non-structured with a weak strategy. More naive than well managed.
Also, the CEO wanted me to prepare a company strategy and media planning for the next 6 months without giving me some clear information about the company, its clients and its best cases, its objectives and resources, etc. It was looking like some froud to make me do a free job.
