One online questionnaire in lieu of a recruiter screen. Then, three rounds: hiring manager, team, and director. The interviewers were nice and the recruiter was helpful up until the final round. After that, I was ghosted. Reached out a couple times to recruiter and manager, and never got a response. After four rounds, you would think they would at least send you a boiler plate rejection email. I think this speaks a lot about how this organization treats employees.

They forgot they scheduled me. Literally. I was contacted after business hours and offered employment last minute. I was aggravated to say the least, but accepted. Wish i hadn’t now if i knew then what i know now.

If I’m available to work the required hours for their business needs, and possibly weekends if needed. Hours were between 8am and 8pm. This was the primary concern.
