Interview
3 rounds of interviews. 1) Fit interview with the hiring manager. 2) Fit/Technical interview with the team. I was told I would be sent instructions for setting up an on-site interview within one or two weeks but never received them. All follow-up attempts with HR and HM were met with radio silence.

The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.

They asked why I was interested in the role and how my experience matched the position.
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
Model Test on your own device (take at your own time) then zoom call with BD person if you pass the model test. Questions are more behavioural not sure what happens after
