Pointman interview questions

The process began with a preliminary interview to gauge interest in the position, location, and experience background. Then a free-form assessment was assigned with a very flexible brief on what they'd like to see with some bonus marks for other nice-to-haves. After submitting the assessment, Pointman sent out a friendly invitation to come meet the team for a formal interview. Met with the tech team, asked a little bit about the assessment and the choices I made. A few more questions in regards to stack knowledge and comfort levels with being a client-driven environment.
