I applied online. I interviewed at Polaris in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was fine, mostly behavioral questions. However, no response after 2nd round of interview. But not hearing back from HR after going through an interview? That’s just plain rude.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Polaris
Interview
Short notice interview, that lasted an entire day. Had to do multiple tests for both knowledge and personality. Overall not a hard interview but overly involved and time consuming. They could easily keep the important parts to make sure you are a good fit for the job and cut out all of the additional non-value add portions.

Question 1
What was a time you had to deal with adversity at a job?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Polaris in Aug 2015
Interview
Was contacted by one recruiter about a different position, and I said that I wasn't interested in the particular position that they contacted me for, but I saw that they did have other positions that interested me. I was put in touch with a different recruiter for that area, and had a 30-45 minute phone conversation. I got an email a day or so later to set up a phone interview with a lead engineer in the department where the job was located, and had another 30-45 minute phone conversation. It wasn't too challenging technically, mostly focused on my work history and experience. The interviewer said that he'd like me to come in for an in-person interview, and that the recruiter would contact me to schedule it. That was the last I heard from Polaris, over a month ago. I tried on several occasions to follow up with the recruiter and left voicemails and sent emails, but have never been returned. Not very professional IMO.
