The interview was broken into three steps.
1. Initial phone screen with recruiter discussing the role and Policygenius as a whole. Asked more about my specific goals and why I wanted to join the Policygenius team. The interview lasted 30 minutes.
2. Interview day with 4-5 separate interviews with various members of the team. A lot of the same questions from the previous interview. Also, a lot of "Can you tell me about a time that..." questions. Fairly simple.
3. Referrals. They spoke with two referrals (a former peer and manager) to discuss my work style.
