Standard interview process. Starting with a 30 minute video talk with hr rep and after completing this step you moved forward to an interview with the customer support team leader.

During this evaluation, you were asked detailed questions about the technologies you used and the reasons for your choices, so thorough preparation on the tools and methods you employed was essential. It is important that the interviewers respect the time you dedicate to it. While they appeared quite respectful, they might consider finding a different method to assess candidates' knowledge, especially since this process can be particularly demanding for those who are concurrently employed and unable to devote their full attention to it. Furthermore, throughout the interview process, there was no mention of the salary offered, meaning you are required to complete the entire process without knowing if the compensation aligns with your expectations.
