Poly-America interview questions

Applied on 09/15/25 and received a phone call a week later by the HR Manager in charge of recruiting for this position. When we scheduled our in-person interview I was given a ~50 question assessment (pretty much an IQ test so I knew this company was incredibly old-school). When I met with the HR Manager they gave me a breakdown of the company, but what I thought was odd was that he trashed the HR Recruiters who reported to him by telling me that they're incapable of handling hiring processes for technical positions such as this one so he leaves them to hiring package handlers/warehouse workers. After answering several questions and asking the HR Manager a few questions, he asked me if I had additional time to meet with the Sales Manager who's the hiring manager for this role. The Sales Manager wasn't present so he told me he'd contact me by next week to meet with him. After several follow-ups the HR Manager told me that the Sales Manager was traveling and I was pretty much ghosted afterwards. Frustrating experience, especially when you're given the greenlight to go to the next round.
