It was an elaborate Interview . There were both Technical and non -technical rounds .There were mainly three rounds of interview. Telephonic HR round and Face to face. It is a Great place to work and learn.

It was easy. They asked all the basic hr questions and about how long I would work and what are my plans and goals in future. They were analyzing my thought process

Asking disposable market experience. They ask assigned territory and target. They also collect feedback from local manager. His reference is must in it. They see experience of market. Candidate is confident or not like that.

The interview process was easy. Generally there is no technical round and they always want to hire at a very low package. HR is comparatively very weak in terms of any function. It is majorly driven by operational team.
