      Marketing Coordinator Interview

      4 May 2023

      Application

I interviewed at PolyUnity (St. John's, NL)

      Interview

There was an initial pre-screen interview with a People & Culture representative, and a secondary interview in-person with three interviewers. I made it to the secondary interview but not the third round (where I would have met some more of the team, from what I was told). Interviewers were all friendly and professional. Overall I got an extremely positive impression of the company. The interview process and topic of compensation were both handled with an exceptionally high level of transparency that I really appreciated. The salary range for the position was communicated directly, as were the specific expectations for the role. I was even told certain questions to expect for my second interview which took much of the anxiety out of the preparation process. I normally wouldn’t leave a review for something like a job interview, but this was an exceptional experience. It was definitely the most streamlined and transparent hiring process I’ve been through personally.
