Interview
The owner is very rude and not knowledgeable of basic Benefits or employee practices such as PTO, 401k, etc. you could get hired on the spot with little to know information and zero job description. Which is probably her plan so you can get pulled into a dozen other jobs you’re not qualified for and then you will get fired for not doing those random jobs well like the reviews say. The reviews for this company are horrific and I can’t believe they’re still in business. glad I dodged this bullet.
This is clearly a friend of a fired employee posting this review as we were not interviewing accountants at this time. Over the past 4 months we have undergone an extensive review of all of our employees, and their qualifications for positions for which they were hired. We found four employees who falsified their Linkedin profiles and resumés with elevated job titles, skillsets, and references. I should add that they were all friends who brought each other on board to this company.They were subsequently fired over the course of the few months as we replaced them with qualified candidates. These negative reviews are clearly from the employees that have been fired with cause over the course of this year following thorough and active reviews.
