First step 30 minutes with HR consultant, then 2 more hour long interviews with supervisor/director level. Overall organization for interviews and process was slow, took over 3 weeks to get completed. At the end was given a email a week after being told it would be decided in the next day, noting the decision to go with another candidate, when I asked for feedback (seeing as I put in 4 hours of interviews and planning at this point) they never responded.
