Sit down face to face interview with manager, laid back and not very intimidating. Dress semi casual and be ready to answer questions. Time for interview ranges from 30-1hr. Manager goes through a checklist/questionnaire, then after you get a shadow shift scheduled if you are a candidate.

Interview
It was fine. The people seemed too nice. Too many questions. Tested me a lot. Scared me cuz I didn't know if I know all the answers. Gave an offer letter soon after the interview ended.
Fairly straightforward. Was interviewed by the Department head and the Store Manager. Super friendly and super relaxed. They place a lot of emphasis on fitting the culture of the store which is super client focussed and generally being a good person.
