Ponte Family Estate Winery interview questions

It was all a façade. The winey was the most dysfunctional place and the wine quality suffered from years of inexperienced winemaking. The hiring process was based on the owner stating that all previous winemakers were flawed. The only person flawed was Claudio Ponte.

It was smooth. I was interviewed by the manager. She was courteous and professional. She called me first and then I had a follow up interview in person at the winery.
