Had a phone screen. The company boasts about a people first culture but when speaking to the recruiter she said the hr team is small and they don’t have any ERGs. Red flags!

HR did the initial first round, promised to schedule second with the hiring manager. I never heard back from her even tho I followed up multiple times. I reached to the hiring manager directly and scheduled 2nd round by myself. Pretty straight forward stuff. Third round was supposed to be onsite. HR was supposed to schedule but I never heard back. I followed once but it was awkward because I already had two offers by then. Overall, very unprofessional experience. It’s a shame because they have a good product and I was a great fit.
