I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Poppulo (Cork) in Feb 2019
Interview
Met a recruiter at a job fair who was really interested in my background and experience and convinced me to apply for a position they had open. Had two remote video calls, one with a manager, and the other a technical interview with a couple of their senior engineers. After that, I was given an 'assignment' to complete within a week which I did. I was then invited on-site for another set of interviews, all of which went very well. The solution to the assignment I developed was discussed and there were no issues found. Despite the laborious stages, and interviews of the entire process I received a generic and impersonal email from a 'no-reply' email address telling me I hadn't been successful. What a waste of time!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Poppulo
Interview
HR round followed by Techno Managerial round. Then they gave a take-home assignment which can take 8-12 hours. After submitting the assignment, there was no response even after multiple follow-ups.

Interview
The process is very friendly, I had the first interview over Hangout and took about an hour, where they ask questions related to your background. The next step is to develop a small app and send to them. The last step is a face to face interview, that they ask questions about the project and also soft skills. This was my first interview in a long time so I admit that I was not ready. But I enjoyed the experience and I would consider applying again if possible.
