Interview
I had an initial call with the HR Manager who asked my about the experience I had that related to the job spec, my salary expectations etc. I was then invited back for a second interview with the hiring manager and was then invited back to make a presentation on a task I was given. I then had a final call where I was able to ask lots of questions about the role and the co and was offered the position on this call

Interview
Applied online and got selected for a phone interview. During the phone interview the HR woman wanted to know where I was from. I found that odd, uncomfortable and unprofessional. I think it's also illegal.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Poq
Interview
It all started with a call with the recruiter who then after saying wonderful things about me invited me to an on-site interview with another memeber of the team.
The interview went beyond expectations and I left feeling very positive.
They asked about my experience , they use a software tool whom I used to work for so I felt I was very well equipped for this role.
Two days later I got an email saying I wasn’t successful.
Upon requesting feedback all I got was ‘You speak fast at times’
I believe this isn’t a reason to reject a candidate for a role. Specially when it is obvious that the candidate was extremely qualified for this role.
