Portal Solutions interview questions

Two phone interviews initially: one with HR and one with CEO reviewing job description and my past experience. Then in person interview with 2 Developers reviewing OOP concepts, design patterns, and programming related questions. Additionally they asked for examples of my strengths and weaknesses.

Great first impressions from all the staff. Recruiter is welcoming and able to answer any questions that I put forth. The technical questions were on point and relevant. I had 2 telephone interviews and 4 in person interviews. They asked basic questions and rely heavily on personality tests to assess a peson. Position was not available for several months.
