Interview process was simple. Company was still working out the kinks of what the interview process would be, as well as job description and pay. If I recall properly, the process was: 1. HR assistant calls and sets up a phone screen with the senior HR recruiter. 2. Phone screen with senior HR person. 3. Zoom interview w/GC. 4. Zoom interview w/GC and COO (who used to be GC). 5. Potentially a third Zoom interview w/the two from step 4 and other leadership (but company was unsure if they wanted to have this step).
