I had two interviews. The first was with HR. They asked me about my qualifications, experience with event planning, children, and working independently. It was a pretty quick phone call and not difficult. The second interview was with the Regional Director. They described the job and asked me a few brief questions about the experience and what types of events I've held in the past. It was similar to the first interview. They went ahead and pushed me through to the background check and a shadowing experience. The shadowing experience was a terrific look at the job I'd be doing and very informative! I confirmed that I wanted to accept their offer after the shadowing experience. They then pushed me through same day to drug test. It was over all a very wonderful experience. The hiring process didn't take too long. They went as quick as they could and kept me updated constantly.
