Interview
I contacted a person from human resources of a recruiting agency looking for a Project Manager oportunity. They scheduled an interview with me and when I got there I was interviewed with 6 other candidates. They explained about the company, what they where looking for. Then one by one the candidates had to introduce theirselves telling:
- where do you work, title,
- age, about your family,
- past companies and experience
- where do you see yourself in the next 5 years
- three things you would change about your self
In my personal opinion, I peffer to be interviewed 1:1
