Easy and welcoming. First part was a recording video with basic standard interview questions and the second part was a twenty minute phone interview that talked a little more about the position applying for.

The interview was conducted on camera, where there was a question or prompt, and I recorded myself answering the question via video. The process was straightforward and took approximately half an hour.

They wanted to know about my background and experience working with adults and children who have challenging behaviors. They asked about specific incidents that I had encountered and how I reacted.
It was smooth and easy to understand. They used online platform for the entire hiring process. No need to worry about clearing your schedule for interview, it is 100% online and self-recorded.

It was like a hire vue. You had to answer questions bye recording your response. After that, someone reached out to me and I had to submit documents for background and I got the job.
