Postclick Conversion Optimization Manager interview questions

As others have mentioned, Postclick has a very unprofessional interview process. After being contacted by an HR rep online, I went through 3 rounds of interviews, totaling over 3 hours of my time and many hours of preparation, only to be ghosted. I never heard a thing from them again - no feedback, no "thanks for your interest" e-mail, nothing. Giant red flag as others have mentioned, and the company also seems to be overhiring and experiencing a large amount of churn - a few days after one of my many interviews, they advertised for the position of the Director who interviewed me. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time interviewing with this inconsiderate company.
