I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Potomac Group
Interview
Was called in to a meet and greet interview. The Hiring Manager was professional but talked a lot about himself ! Including on how he was a professional athlete. First I thought this was an interview? Anyway office was clean and nice people seemed to work there but really never understood all the jobs they had open, they deal with big names company's but sort of just seemed like they were the middle man or like a recruiting agency for kiosks / somewhat multi level marketing . Interview went well but like all "professional people" they should send you a turn down email or something. That is disrespectful and also like previous people mentioned makes you feel unappreciated! Fredericksburg is a small place and they do not have a great reputation here due to the very high turnover! So I do not recommend, but must be right for some that want a quick fast job not a career

Interview
I went through a two-stage interview process which was informative, friendly, and expedient. I did not feel rushed, but it didn't take forever either. When you first get into the office and sit in the chair in front of your interviewer he makes you feel at ease, but lets you know what you can expect at the company: hard work, dedication, and of course a warm atmosphere.
Very good personalities all around, from the application process, interview scheduling, to the actual interview itself. It was obvious from the first meeting that this company wasn't going to hire bad characters. They want you for you and your ethics, not a drone like at other places. I was also told that they promote from within-- meaning that your experience at the company is paramount. If you meet them half-way, they'll meet you!
In other interviews I felt somewhat left in the dark, but Potomac Group had the proper tools to help light the way.
My total time interviewing was probably about two hours, and they are very flexible to your schedule.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some people are hard workers, and some people appear to be hard workers. Which are you?

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn, I was called the very next morning and asked to come in for an interview the day afterwards, I met with Corey for about 15 minutes, which seemed short, but made sense once I was called back for the second and third round of interviewing which was more in depth.
