Hard copy submission, followed by over the phone interview with of group from the head office. The application was very in depth, and the interview covered areas of difficulty or concern in it, and probing my qualifications.

It's a very casual process where they don't expect you to dress up. They ask you about your current faith journey, why you want to join P2C, and quiz you on a few P2C specific things.
