I talk to the recruiter in a career fair. They contacted me 1-2 weeks later and offered a phone interview. About 30min. Most of the questions are related to the resume. Basically going through your resume and tell them what you did. Nothing difficult. They do require you to travel a lot. 50-80%.

It went very quickly! Started off with two phone interviews including HR and a current consultant. I then moved on to a several hour in-person interviews with members of the executive board as well as senior consultants. I heard back withing a week and had one week to decide. They were very helpful with the multitude of questions I had for them.
