Showed my interest and party coordinator brought me to the dining area and asked me about myself and asked what I would do in difficult situations. I already had teaching experience, so I was able to provide my resume and showcase my skills and how I have experience in customer service.

The owner gave little interest to the interview, it was more of a burden to him it felt. He'll paint you a pretty picture, but things go south very quickly after that.

The owner does the interview and know very little about the job itself. Spends most of the time telling you how great he and his company is. Asks very few real interview questions, quite unprofessional. Loves to hire unemployed people because they are seen as desperate and he can pay them less.
