There were 3 parts. An initial chat, then a group chat along with a pen and paper test. The test was hard and strange and I didn't actually understand what I was supposed to output. I failed to answer the test.
I got an email back saying the team wanted to work with me but the position i applied for didn't seem suitable.
I heard back a month or 2 later with a new position offer which I accepted with another in-person interview.

Question 1
A pen and paper test. The test was hard and strange, didn't seem relevant to the job I was seeking, and I didn't actually understand what I was supposed to output. Something about outputting a pattern. I had 20 minutes in a closed room with 2 others watching while i had to try and complete the test.
