I was contacted by HR immediately after applying and an interview was quickly set up with 2 senior staff. The interview went well. However, instead of notifying me via email that they weren't moving forward with my application, I received a notice on Linkedin. It was odd and impersonal as I had already interacted with HR and the interviewers.

Interview
Interview process moved very quickly; good for getting a quick answer, bad for evaluating thoroughly. Unclear on the kind of culture that is being curated by leadership. Some questions or topics in the interview were questionably appropriate to discuss, such as protected class topics or casual social commentary. Reliable work by all accounts if stability is needed from an employer.

Question 1
Not many structured questions in these two interviews - mostly informal discussion about values. Fewer questions about the candidate, more story time about the employer. Follow-up interview was better structured and made a real pitch.
