Conducting the online test , technical interview and manager discussion Candidate needs to wait and to take the follow ups with HR but organization had no courtesy to gave responses back to the candidate. If you are not looking for the position or candidate didn't fit into your scales then stop wasting the time of both ends. Total waste of time.

Everything goes well untill the offer discussion at the end. I cleared all the rounds with them- Technical, with manager, with Director. Then comes the salary and offer discussion with the HR. Which was pathetic. I had a busy schedule so I asked HR to discuss it over the phone but she denied and insisted me to visit their office. I drove 25kms and went their. She made me wait for half and hour and offered me a package which was as similar as my current package. Also, the role was change to a digital marketing consultant. My advice to HR- do not invite a candidate for interview if you dont have the budget to hire the candidate with what he is expecting in terms of package.
