Interview
Phone Interview, face to face. Office environment nice. People were nice. those are the pros. Th cons are they dont get back to you. I followed up and followed up and not so much as a status or anything. I was told I would be followed up with and nothing. Very unprofessional. If your going to pass on a candidate that is fine but let them no in an amicable way.. Furthermore let them know why you passed on a candidate so they can use that information to better themselves for future interviews. Constructive feedback/criticism is a good thing. I think the character of this company and its employees could be a lot better.
