I actually applied online through Indeed.com. From past experience, I figured it would be some time before I got a response if any. Saturday of the same week I applied, I got an email request for a phone interview. It was a pleasant surprise. The phone interview was an hour long and very detailed, but actually the interviewer did most of the talking and he wanted get a feel of my personality and background. I was invited for a face to face interview at their facility. I was given a tour of the facility. I was interviewed by the facility manager and his supervisor. It was very informal with a lot of questions, but mainly going over information from the initial phone interview. Once again, I did more listening than talking. As of this writing, I am waiting to see if an offer is given because the selection process is ongoing. It was a great experience.
