I was invited to super day and had to take ful day off, multiple interviews with people in a 3 hr session. I was told I would hear back but no one has contacted me since, Tried to contact HR, was redirected through operator to Global support which they could not help me.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview process was lenghty and a lot of people had stake in deciding whether to hire you or not. There was a super-day where you had 1:1's with a number of different groups. It wasn't difficult. Just maintain your composure and answer the questions honestly. Have stories prepared
