I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney
Interview
In a word, this interview was weird. Here's basically what happened: I submitted two applications, one for position X and one for position Y. I got an email 3-4 weeks later offering me an interview for position Y. I accepted and scheduled. When I logged onto zoom for the interview, my interviewer said, "So, I understand you applied for position X?" I said yes, I applied to X and Y. He told me he was here to interview me for position Z. Now, I never applied for position Z, nor was I told that that was the position I'd be interviewing for. Moreover, the role was completely outside my field. I pressed forward with the interview and answered the (many!) technical questions to the best of my ability, but I was pretty thrown off by the fact that I was interviewing for a role I'd literally never heard of before.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time that you experienced failure."
Hirevue (TEXT ONLY, no time limit, general HR questions) followed by a Video interview. The process was straightforward. follow typical STAR method for answers. (disregard the following: these are filler words added to make the 30 word min for posting this review.)
Some technical questions, other questions were behavioral questions. They also asked the strengths and weakness questions but a very relaxed and conversational interview. One person interviewed and cared to make it a comfortable conversation
